Padel is a racquet sport that combines elements of tennis, squash, and badminton. If you play any of these already you're halfway ready for your first padel game. It is typically played on an enclosed court, smaller than a tennis court with glass or mesh walls and a solid floor. It gained massive popularity during covid when people couldn't go to open courts to enjoy a good game of tennis.

It's a game of doubles, very similar scoring system to tennis with points awarded based on rallies and the first team to reach six games winning the set. what makes this game so unique is the use of walls, players can hit the ball off the walls which adds a strategic element to the game. The ball must bounce on the ground before hitting the walls, but players can use the walls to create angles and add spin to their shots.
